About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wgm Support Engineer to join our global team. As a member of our organization, you will play a key role in providing world-class technical support to our customers for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior-quality support services to our customers and partners
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our products
  • Collaborate with services and account teams to ensure effective issue handling
  • Develop and publish knowledge articles for our customers and employees
  • Participate in continuous training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Your Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong capacity and desire to develop personalized customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in implementing or supporting Client-Server architecture or multi-tier applications
  • Demonstrated ability to solve analytical problems and maintain effective investigation and documentation
  • Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies or 3rd party PLM systems (e.g. from Dassault, Oracle, Siemens, etc.)
  • Optional: experience in databases, computer networks, or operating systems
  • Fluent in English and one of German/Italian/French
