Job Title: Account Health Support Specialist with German
This role requires a strong customer service focus, with the ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon Selling Partners, providing support and guidance to help them resolve issues and comply with Amazon policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Amazon Selling Partners via phone and email to resolve issues and provide guidance on Amazon policies and procedures.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality performance.
- Investigate root causes of Account Health related issues and provide viable solutions to Selling Partners.
- Identify Selling Partner needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
- Exemplify Amazon Leadership Principles, such as Customer Obsession, by consistently displaying empathy and passion for customers.
- Build sustainable relationships with Selling Partners by going the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer care.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment, managing high volumes of calls and emails.
- Strong investigation and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of Account Health related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with Selling Partners.
- Proficiency in German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Selling Partners from across the world.
