Amazon Account Health Support Specialist with German Expertise

About the Role:
As an Account Health Support Specialist with German language proficiency at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in helping third-party sellers succeed on our marketplace. You will be the first point of contact for sellers, providing support and guidance on Amazon's business policies, operational processes, and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to sellers via phone and email, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, utilizing strong investigation skills to resolve account health-related issues.
• Identify seller needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide viable solutions, exemplifying Amazon's Leadership Principles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience providing support and service to customers, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Proficiency in German language (C1 level).
• Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead customers through complex issues via phone and email channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, adapting to change effectively, and maintaining a strong customer focus.
