Job Summary
Altios is hiring a seasoned Sales Director to lead our US sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, identifies new business opportunities, and builds strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the US market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 4-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the finishing equipment industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer
- Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year (estimated)
