National Sales Leader for US Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager to spearhead our US expansion efforts. With a strong track record in the metallurgy and aerospace sectors, you will leverage your expertise to drive sales growth and establish strategic partnerships across the industry.
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to our President and work closely to ensure alignment of local strategies with our global objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the overall management and performance of our US subsidiary, prospecting clients, and identifying potential distributors to expand our presence throughout the United States.
Key missions include:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the US market
- Identifying and cultivating new market opportunities and partnerships
- Prospecting potential clients according to the sales strategy developed in collaboration with our President
- Analyzing market trends and proposing strategic adaptations to maximize sales
The ideal candidate will possess a business or related degree (industrial engineering, mechatronics) with 4-10 years of professional experience. Self-starters with commercial tenacity who can drive the company towards new opportunities are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is required, with any additional language being a plus.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive compensation, comprehensive health insurance, and retirement savings plan. The ideal candidate will be based in the Rust Belt Area (Illinois, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Indiana, Maryland, and Missouri), with willingness to travel up to 3-4 days a week.
