We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in expanding our reach into new markets and driving growth in emerging territories.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with our sales team, engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings to support the initial stages of the sales funnel.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to inbound inquiries, ensuring timely and informative responses about Autodesk products;
  • Qualifying leads by assessing their needs and pain points, identifying those with potential for conversion;
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of leads, following up consistently and nurturing practices to maintain engagement;
  • Providing clear details on Autodesk's product features and value proposition, guiding prospects through the initial sales process;
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for Sales Representatives and Executives;
  • Achieving outreach targets, including calls, emails, and meetings booked;

**Key Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or construction technology;
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Business fluency in English; French is an asset.
