Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer projects, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and expanding our sales pipeline.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in direct or indirect sales of complex products in the B2B environment, excellent communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English, and a solid understanding of IT security or cloud services.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new customer projects
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Expand our sales pipeline
  • Support channel partners to win projects
  • Contribute to precise forecasting and CRM pipeline expansion
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in direct or indirect sales of complex products in the B2B environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English
  • A solid understanding of IT security or cloud services
  • Experience in the email security or backup market is a plus
