Cloud Partner Development Manager, Emea Cloud Scale Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth from large and fast-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.
As an ISV Scale Partner Development Manager , you will have the opportunity to recruit, enable, and grow our ecosystem of Amazon Partner Network (APN) Partners.
Job DescriptionPrimary responsibility: execute a strategy for acquiring and nurturing a large number of partners across multiple technology stacks.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify, prioritize, and build relationships with strategic partners.
You will focus on driving top-line revenue growth and customer adoption through these partners.
This role requires influencing decision-makers at the executive level and interacting with many stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Onboard new Technology Partners, including Start-ups, SaaS providers, PaaS providers, established ISVs, moving to the cloud.
- Effectively manage and measure partner enablement and go-to-market requests.
- Identify, enable, and qualify high-value partners driving revenue and delivering best-in-class solutions on AWS customers.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop partner strategies and processes.
You will work closely with the overall alliance team to define and execute a plan to help our most strategic technology partners transform and grow their businesses for SaaS and Cloud.
Responsibilities include orchestrating resources within AWS to support co-selling and GTM activities, creating/maintaining a long-term scalable joint GTM model, qualifying and developing campaigns to generate new business opportunities in EMEA, and driving sales execution across activities.
