Strategic Sales Performance Enhancement Director

This dynamic role with Criteo, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, seeks a seasoned Sales Compensation Specialist to drive sales team performance. As a vital part of our global compensation strategy, you will play a pivotal role in leading our diverse team.
About the Role:
- Design and manage incentive strategies that drive results leveraging cutting-edge sales enablement technology tools
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to define key metrics, drive incentive plan designs, and conduct regular assessments
- Lead the charge in designing and scaling our Global Sales Comp function, ensuring alignment with our sales goals and strategic vision
- Foster continuous improvement and align incentives with business objectives across international regions
Your Expertise:
- Extensive experience in Sales Operations, including Sales Compensation or Incentive Management, Sales Effectiveness, Planning, and innovative critical design thinking
- Strong expertise in leading teams, setting goals, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving strategic projects
- Expertise in incentive plan structures, including quotas, accelerators, pay mix, on-target earnings (OTE), pay for performance, and excellence
- Proficiency in Anaplan is a plus
