We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for proactively approaching existing accounts, presenting products and services, handling objections, and tracking sales pipeline development. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively approach assigned accounts to win new business
- Present products and services in a clear and concise manner
- Handle objections and overcome them to generate sales opportunities
- Track, manage, and report sales pipeline development
- Achieve monthly quota targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Efficiently handle email commercial correspondence
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant parties for follow-up on potential business
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual or proficient in Spanish and intermediate English; Catalan is a plus
- Experience in B2B sales
- Think and act in a sales and customer-oriented manner
- Be reliable and able to work towards objectives and maintain commitments
- Self-confidence, forward-thinking, and ability to respond quickly and influence others
- Eager to learn and possess strong teamwork spirit
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy:
- Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary: €18,500 gross/year + up to €6,000 gross/year in bonus
