As a leading fintech company, Pleo is on the cusp of a revolution in financial technology. We're looking for an experienced Senior Channel Partner Manager to join our team and help us grow our Partnerships channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnerships, sales, and/or account management, with experience working with high-value accountant partners and consulting partner communities.

We are a lean but mighty team, driven by a shared ambition to position Pleo as the go-to solution in each of our markets. Our aim is to build lasting relationships with our referral partners, helping them onboard their clients to Pleo and expanding our horizons in the process.

As a Senior Partner Manager, you'll focus on two key areas: inheriting a portfolio of high-value accountant partners and launching and scaling our consulting partner community. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, deliver training on the Pleo product, host webinars and events, and visit stakeholders for strategic meetings. Your goal will be to nurture and develop each relationship, helping to onboard as many clients as possible to Pleo.

About the Role

We're part of a 7-person Channel Partnerships team, responsible for building and nurturing partner communities across the UK, Ireland, DACH, Netherlands, Spain, and the Nordics. Our goal is to become the no-brainer, go-to solution in each market, bringing joy to our referral partners and encouraging them to roll out Pleo to their entire client base.

As a Senior Partner Manager, you'll play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You'll inherit a portfolio of high-value accountant partners and work to build from and grow it. You'll also help launch and scale our consulting partner community, exploring new opportunities and developing a unique plan to help our partners reach our joint partnership goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering training on the Pleo product, hosting webinars and events, and visiting stakeholders for strategic meetings

Requirements
  • Experience in partnerships, sales, and/or account management, with experience working with high-value accountant partners and consulting partner communities
  • A strong commercial mindset and ability to develop lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving results and achieving goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
