Job Title: Agronomist Global Product Technical Support Expert

Rovensa, a global leader in sustainable agriculture solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Agronomist to join our team as a Global Product Technical Support Expert.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to provide technical guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors in relation to our bionutrition and biocontrol crop protection commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist regional teams, sales reps, and downstream clients in effectively using our products and solutions in agronomic programs.
  • Conduct training sessions to highlight product benefits and their incorporation into nutritional and crop protection agronomic programs.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and content management in the Knowledge Management system to expand the knowledge repository surrounding each product.
  • Support content generation, collaborating with Global Marketing and other stakeholders to create concise and relevant information that simplifies product explanations and clarifies product positioning.
  • Address product technical and agronomic crop inquiries promptly and accurately, using inherent field knowledge and internal knowledge management systems.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at a global level, including Strategic Marketing, Regulatory, and RD, as well as with regional teams in support of sales.
  • Contribute to implementing the global technical strategy under the guidance of the Global Technical Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences.
  • 5+ years in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain (e.g., sales, agronomy, crop protection, or product management roles).
