Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Expert to join our team at Innovamat. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile devices, connectivity, systems, and devices
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience in Technical Support is preferred
  • Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
  • Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, mobile device management
  • Display of a strong customer focus and promotion of a commitment to excellence
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to show empathy towards customers
  • Positive & flexible attitude
  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Ability and will to absorb knowledge
