Job Overview

As a member of the Support organization, your primary focus is to deliver exceptional post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while acting as an advocate for their needs.

This involves resolving complex customer inquiries via various channels and providing technical assistance for our Electronic Support Services.

As a key point of contact, you will facilitate customer relationships with Support and offer guidance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve moderately complex technical problems related to Oracle product installation, maintenance, and use.
  • Work closely with customer IT staff to address technical issues and provide expert advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Utilize independent judgment to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred, along with five years of related experience. Proficiency in Oracle's core products, applications, and tools is essential for success in this role.
