Agronomist Global Product Technical Support Expert

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Global Product Technical Support Expert Agronomist to join our Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management (GTS&KM) Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors in relation to our bionutrition and biocontrol crop protection commercial portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist regional teams, sales reps, and downstream clients in effectively using our products and solutions in agronomic programs.
* Conduct training sessions to highlight product benefits and their incorporation into nutritional and crop protection agronomic programs, both internally and to clients.
* Ensure thorough documentation and content management in the Knowledge Management system to expand the knowledge repository surrounding each product.
* Support content generation, such as presentations, by collaborating with Global Marketing and other stakeholders to create concise and relevant information that simplifies product explanations and clarifies product positioning.
* Address product technical and agronomic crop inquiries promptly and accurately, using inherent field knowledge and internal knowledge management systems.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at a global level, such as Strategic Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D, as well as with our regional teams in support of sales.
* Contribute to implementing the global technical strategy under the guidance of the Global Technical Manager.
**Requirements**
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences.
* 5+ years in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain (e.g., sales, agronomy, crop protection, or product management roles).
