Microsoft Account Manager

Your Role:
As a B2B Microsoft Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients by answering their questions regarding products and services. This will involve providing solutions for occurring problems, optimizing the client's technical equipment/tools, and identifying up-and cross-selling opportunities for existing accounts.
Your Skills:
- A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
- Business acumen

What We Offer:
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (Mon-Fri, 7.30 AM - 5 PM)
- Salary conditions: 1,100€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1,470€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
- Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc.
