As a Digital Account Executive at Microsoft, you will play a key role in empowering our customers to achieve more through innovative digital solutions. About the Role
As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work cross-collaboratively with our SMC and Digital Sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers' organizations.
• Effectively leverage all the digital tools and processes available to address customer needs and requirements.
• Engage with Partners to find the best solution to address the customer's needs.
• Orchestrate specialized resources to engage with customers to provide strong solutions-based and technology-based engagement to help customers address their challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth OR equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in German Language is a requirement.
