">The Role
">You will play a pivotal role as a Digital Sales Leader at SoftwareOne, driving revenue growth by leading, managing, and inspiring the Digital Sales team. Your responsibilities include executing our digital sales strategy, setting ambitious targets, and ensuring sales success. Key tasks include team management and coaching, strategy execution and target setting, sales team structure and account allocation, escalation point and issue resolution, team building and hiring, performance management, quota allocation and monitoring, cost optimization and ROI monitoring, process improvement and tool implementation, and collaboration and coordination with marketing, alliances, product management, and other cross-functional teams.
