About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups in the Surface Treatment segment for the whole Iberia area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales accounts and clients, and execute short- and long-term commercial targets.
  • Build relations with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes.
  • Drive efficiency by effectively developing and executing sales plans, achieving sales targets, and increasing revenue of existing accounts.
  • Develop AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.
  • Advise customers on technical matters, helping to find the most appropriate solution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.
  • Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding and explanation.
  • Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
  • Successful track record with high added value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management.
  • Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an additional value.
  • Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
  • Experienced in working with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
