Are you a motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills? We are seeking a talented Entry-Level Account Manager to join our Cross Border Talents team in Málaga. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and using CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Use CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated)

Participate in focused sales activities such as industry-specific outreach and hotel partnerships

Provide client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessary

Assist with both business and individual travel queries

Requirements:

Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2)

In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain

Great organizational and communication skills

Positive work attitude and proactive approach

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Sales experience required; hospitality background is beneficial

Experience using CRM tools is a plus
