Digital Key Account Manager

Dopp, a leading digital consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Key Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Client Manager in preparing and presenting value propositions to clients, working closely with our area teams.
  • Design and develop marketing, communication, and content strategies to achieve client objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Define project requirements within the scope of agreements made with clients, ensuring timely delivery and profitability.
  • Supervise and control project development to meet quality, time, and profitability standards.
  • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to support clients and identify opportunities for new proposals.
  • Lead assigned teams to ensure service excellence, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Support the Client Manager in building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and communication trends.
  • Contribute to attracting new customers for our area and the broader business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, supervising creative teams, and coordinating projects in a digital communication/marketing department.
  • Preferably from a marketing agency or digital communication consultancy.
  • C1 level of English.
