Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Use CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated)
- Participate in focused sales activities such as industry-specific outreach and hotel partnerships
- Provide client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessary
- Assist with both business and individual travel queries
- Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2)
- In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Positive work attitude and proactive approach
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Sales experience required; hospitality background is beneficial
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus
