About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Nordic Jobs Worldwide. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of the business deal from start to finish, coordinating with clients and colleagues.
  2. Engage with high-profile clients and influential decision-makers.
  3. Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients, leveraging your sales expertise.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
  5. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to fulfill small and medium-sized businesses' needs of our client's leading cloud technologies.
  6. Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  7. Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: Voice of customer.
Requirements
  1. Fluent in Swedish and English.
  2. Two years of technical sales experience is preferred.
  3. Familiar with channel programs.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, also on telephone.
  5. Work towards goal achievement, teamwork, motivation.
  6. Demonstrate innovation and good judgement skills when making decisions.

  1. Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
