Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our Player Account Management Platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic roadmap that ensures seamless account management, robust security, and exceptional user experiences for our players.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on player feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Conduct user research, analyse player behaviour, and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive actionable insights.
- Ensure the Player Account Management Platform adheres to the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role overseeing account management or user authentication platforms.
- Strong skills in Software development life cycle.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to launch.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
