Overview

Sportradar is seeking a highly skilled Sportsbook Product Manager to lead the development of our sports betting products. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the strategic goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the sportsbook product roadmap, working closely with senior management and the Head of Product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and manage the sportsbook product.
  • Be the ambassador for the product and primary contact for queries relating to the product.
  • Manage a team of highly motivated and competent Product Owners to drive forward the sportsbook product in the market.
  • Understand and break down product initiatives into requirements and Epics.
  • Ensure that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem solving and trade-off analysis when necessary.
  • Work with the development team and monitor the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.
  • Taking part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.
  • Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behavior, and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market-leading products.
Requirements
  • At least five years working in a sportsbook operator or B2B setting.
  • At least three years' experience in Product Management.
  • Some leadership and/or management experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of the customer experience of using sports betting products.
  • Familiarity with the regional differences of sports betting products.
  • Experience of both retail and online sports betting products is an advantage.
  • Collaborative attitude with all stakeholders during the visioning and scoping of projects.
  • Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to work across different teams to deliver a common goal.
  • Experience of defining a minimum marketable product and a minimum viable product.
  • Experience in defining road maps and prioritizing project backlogs.
  • Good presentation and leadership skills.
  • Basic understanding of the technologies used in product development.
