Job Title: Head of Product BI and Analytics

Sportradar, the world's leading sports technology company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product BI and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our MSS Analytics and Business Intelligence product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure that the company develops a product that fits with its strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and manage the BI and Analytics product roadmap.
  • Be the ambassador for the MSS product and primary contact for queries relating to our product.
  • Manage a team of highly motivated and competent Product Owners to drive forward the product in the market.
  • Understand and break down product initiatives into requirements and Epics.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with a focus on player account management or user authentication platforms.
  • 1 year of experience as a Head of Product.
  • Industry experience in igaming, casino, or sportsbook.
  • Strong skills in data analytics, data architectures, and a deep understanding of data-related concepts, technologies, tools, and platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player needs and behaviors.
