Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to drive strategy and engagement with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales, lead generation, and customer relationship development.
The Account Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing relationships to drive growth and revenue.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive account growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and qualification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in a biological science or related field
2-5 years of inside sales experience, lead generation, customer relationship development, and management
Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and voicemail
CRM skills in managing a customer relationship database beneficial
Effective written and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct research using various online resources
Sales disposition and inquisitive problem-solving skills
Above average attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate persistence and achievement in hitting targets
