About Us: Booksy Inc. is a leading appointments marketplace, connecting beauty, wellness, and health professionals with local customers. As a Business Development Representative, you will be part of a team that powers millions of appointments annually.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in the beauty and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in cold door sales.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through face-to-face visits, calls, and social media engagement
- Record activities in CRM (Salesforce) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct product demos and provide personalized support to clients to ensure successful onboarding
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to activate clients according to their needs
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to company pricing policies and sales conditions
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (3-5 years), cold door sales preferred
- CRM management skills
- Good attitude, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Proactive use of social media
- Experience in the beauty or tech sector is a plus
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level)
