About the Role

As a Technical Sales Expert at Dynatrace, you will play a crucial part in our sales engine. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional technical support to our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to excel in their roles.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate Dynatrace's product offerings during international trade shows and key customer account meetings to foster new and expanded business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify novel sales prospects as well as incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions, leading the technical solution evaluation component in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners for multiple POCs.
  • Present Dynatrace's vision to our customers' C-suite executives, providing insight into our innovative solutions.
  • Offer technical guidance throughout the opportunity sales cycle, from Discovery to Solution Proposal stages.
  • Deliver compelling on-stage demonstrations that showcase our value proposition during key marketing events.
About You

We are seeking an ambitious, confident, and self-motivated individual with previous SE experience or another technical customer-facing role. As a passionate advocate for innovative technology and technical sales, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate value to customers and prospects effectively.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital experience monitoring and business analytics technologies and techniques.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues and manage these processes efficiently.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with different salespeople, and support other SEs.
  • A strong desire to grow professionally, adapt to changing environments, and be coachable.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
