About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Swedish Sales Agent to join our team in Torremolinos or Marbella. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for technology to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing a best-in-class experience and setting the tone for our brand.
  • Conduct remote computer or IoT device security checks using our professional toolkit, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  • Convert inbound calls into loyal customers by delivering exceptional service and transferring them to level 2 technicians for comprehensive support.

Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in Swedish.
  • Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.

  • An outgoing personality with a 'can-do' attitude.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a competitive benefits package.
