Crew And Cloud is seeking a dynamic Swedish-Speaking Sales Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and fluent Swedish speaker to drive new business opportunities in the Nordic region. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients in the Swedish market.
  • Initiate outbound communications via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain customer data and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on market trends to support business development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Swedish and English, previous experience in sales or a similar role, and strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
