Crew And Cloud is a dynamic organization expanding its reach in the Nordic region, seeking an experienced Sales Development Specialist to drive new business opportunities and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to expand our market presence and enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities include identifying and researching potential clients in the Swedish market, initiating outbound communications via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities, qualifying leads by understanding customer needs and requirements, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets, maintaining customer data and interactions in the CRM system, and providing feedback on market trends to support business development strategies.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, have previous experience in sales or a similar role, possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Crew And Cloud offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, comprehensive training and development programs, flexible working hours, remote work opportunities, company social events, and team-building activities.
