About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships. As a key member of this team, you will partner with clients to understand their business priorities and develop strategies that drive value and retention.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior C-level executives and junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
Regularly meet with clients virtually to discuss their business objectives and provide recommendations for maximizing the value of Gartner services.
Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:
3+ years of relevant professional experience in customer-facing roles or similar industries.
Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
