AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

Earnings: £80,000 - £110,000 per annumAbout the Role

We are seeking an accomplished ISV Scale Partner Development Representative to execute a strategy for acquiring and nurturing a large number of partners across multiple technology stacks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn how to influence decision-makers at the executive level and have a proven ability to interact with many stakeholders.

The role involves managing strategic relationships with key ISVs to help them grow their business. You will drive C-level, Product Team, Marketing, Field, and Channel relationships by establishing and growing business relationships and driving partner plans with each assigned partner.

This position requires contributing to the build-out of a scalable process to manage a large volume of partners. Success criteria will be heavily metrics-driven, focusing on top-line revenue growth and overall market adoption of ISV solutions running on AWS.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic relationships with key ISVs to help them grow their business.
  • Drive C-level, Product Team, Marketing, Field, and Channel relationships.
  • Establish and grow business relationships and drive partner plans with each assigned partner.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
