Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AEC Sales Development Professional to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a queue of leads through a process to become sales-accepted leads.

You will build and nurture strategic relationships with over 100 accounts in the AEC industry, identifying top leads and being the first point of contact with potential customers. You will listen to prospects' needs and wants, determining if there is a mutual fit with Autodesk.

In this role, you will collaborate with our sales, marketing, support, operations, and product teams to streamline application and process efficiency. You will follow and update best-practice documentation to promote best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a queue of leads through a process to become sales-accepted leads
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with over 100 accounts in the AEC industry
  • Identify top leads and be the first point of contact with potential customers
  • Listen to prospects' needs and wants, determining if there is a mutual fit with Autodesk
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Corporate work experience, prior inside/software sales experience
  • A passion to develop yourself and make your way up the Autodesk ladder
  • Fluency in French (native or bilingual)
  • English fluency
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of approximately €60,000 per year, discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
