About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Growth Professional to join our team at Graitec, a leading provider of software solutions for Architects and Engineers. This exciting opportunity has been opened to expand our Ideate Software business through the cultivation, sales, and management of strategic AEC companies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, be an independent self-starter, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in German and English is required as our teams work with peers across the globe to best serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect and sell our Ideate Software solutions to strategic AEC companies, both new and existing customers.
  2. Cultivate and manage relationships within target organizations, understanding prospect and client needs, workflows, and decision processes.
  3. Work closely with Account Managers to define target markets, customers, and individuals within an account, agreeing on an Account Plan and executing it.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with heavy communication notes via CRM.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A successful sales track record, with year-over-year sales success.
  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modeling software.
  • Excellent selling skills, business and financial acumen, and online sales presentation expertise.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Strong user of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM background a plus.
