We're seeking a Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. You'll collaborate with our Operations team to build and operate exceptional on-demand services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle contacts over the phone and via email to ensure smooth daily operation of our services
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by going the extra mile with every interaction
- Support drivers and passengers, ensuring timely responses to their questions and concerns
Requirements:
- Fluent level of both written & spoken German
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
- Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment
What We Offer:
- Estimated Salary: €21,000 per year
- Temporary contract (6 months)
- Full-time schedule (39 hours/week) with rotating shifts
- Hybrid working model
- Fully Paid Training and Ongoing Development Opportunities
- 24 holiday days per year
