Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott International team, the Revenue Management Director will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across our lodging portfolio. This position is responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies that balance financial objectives with guest room revenue and profit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and Positioning: Develop and recommend pricing strategies for transient, wholesale, and group segments to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue management data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform revenue management strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners to ensure alignment and effective communication of revenue management strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate timely and accurate reports on revenue management performance, including analysis of transient booking patterns, distribution channel performance, and competitor positioning.
Requirements
  • Education: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; or 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or a related field.
