Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott International team, the Revenue Management Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across our lodging portfolio. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of revenue management principles, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze revenue management data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize revenue
    • Provide regular revenue reports and insights to senior leadership
  • Revenue Strategy and Planning
    • Collaborate with property leaders to develop market sales strategies
    • Provide revenue management expertise and guidance to general managers and property leadership teams
    • Implement and evaluate revenue tests to inform pricing and revenue decisions
  • Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis
    • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform revenue decisions
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
    • Identify opportunities to capture market share and drive revenue growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
