Job Summary

As a Revenue Management Director at Marriott International, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across our hotel portfolio. Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
    • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Revenue Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute revenue management plans to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with hotel leaders to implement pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams
    • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through data-driven insights
  • Relationship Building and Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel leaders, franchisees, and owners
    • Communicate revenue management strategies and results to stakeholders
    • Provide training and support to hotel teams on revenue management best practices
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales, or marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
