Key Responsibilities- Revenue Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze revenue management data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize revenue
- Provide regular revenue reports and insights to senior leadership
- Revenue Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with property leaders to develop market sales strategies
- Provide revenue management expertise and guidance to general managers and property leadership teams
- Implement and evaluate revenue tests to inform pricing and revenue decisions
- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform revenue decisions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Identify opportunities to capture market share and drive revenue growth
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
