Hub Delivery Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's last-mile team as a dynamic and autonomous Account Manager for the Hub Delivery program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a pool of local stores, as well as building relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Store Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and community leaders, cultivating trust and ensuring seamless operations.
- Lifecycle Management: Provide operational support for on-boarded stores, ensuring they meet Amazon's high standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with your team to manage daily operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to drive improvements, finding practical solutions to complex problems.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with business and technical audiences, influencing decisions and driving results.
- System Implementation: Provide day-to-day support during the rollout of new systems and processes, gathering feedback and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Tool Utilization: Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
- Supervisor Support: Ensure supervisors have the necessary tools to perform their jobs, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Metric Communication: Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations, working closely with Operations and CO teams.
- Travel and Flexibility: Be willing to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level) and work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
- Education: A degree from an accredited institution.
- Logistics Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, with a focus on analyzing data to measure and optimize performance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
- Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Relationship Building: Experience connecting with partners and building relationships, with a focus on trust and collaboration.
- People Management: Relevant experience in managing people, with a focus on leadership and development.
- Process Improvement: Experience identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
