About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Hub Delivery team as an Account Manager, where you will play a key role in recruiting and managing a pool of local stores, as well as building relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Management: Build relationships with Hub Delivery store owners, cultivate trust among community leaders, and provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.
  • Operational Support: Support your team in daily management of operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Problem-Solving: Be obsessed with metrics, dive deep to find root causes quickly, and drive improvements.
  • Communication: Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
  • Rollout and Implementation: Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
  • Tool Utilization: Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
  • Escalation Management: Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and CO team, ensuring regular communications.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree
  • Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, analyzing data to measure/optimize performance, and working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Language: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English
  • Communication: Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership
  • Time Management: Relevant experience in meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Relationship Building: Relevant experience in connecting with partners and building relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Relevant experience in managing people
  • Process Improvement: Relevant experience in identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them
