About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Hub Delivery program at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local stores, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth and improve delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and community leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Store Lifecycle Management: Provide operational support and guidance to onboarded stores, ensuring they meet Amazon's high standards.
  • Operations Management: Collaborate with the team to monitor performance, lead meetings, assign tasks, and address any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions to drive improvements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with business and technical audiences to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with Operations, CO, and other teams to ensure regular communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Travel: Willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores and Delivery Stations (regional level) as required.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends, as needed.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Language: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
