About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hub Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at Mygwork. As a key member of our delivery program, you will be responsible for managing a pool of local stores and building relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Store Management: Build relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and cultivate trust among community leaders.
  2. Lifecycle Management: Provide operational support for on-boarded stores, including monitoring performance and leading meetings.
  3. Team Support: Support your team in daily management of operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and dealing with ambiguity.
  4. Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
  5. Process Improvement: Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
  6. Communication: Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
  7. Tool Utilization: Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
  8. Supervisor Support: Ensure supervisors have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed.
  9. Metric Communication: Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and CO team, ensuring regular communications.
  11. Travel: Willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level). (Frequency will vary)
  12. Flexibility: Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns which may include weekends.
Requirements
  1. Education: A degree
  2. Logistics Experience: Relevant experience in logistics
  3. Data Analysis: Relevant experience in analyzing data to measure/optimize performance, with a high bar for accuracy and detail.
  4. Software Skills: Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
  5. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English
  6. Communication Skills: Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership
  7. Time Management: Relevant experience in meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  8. Relationship Building: Relevant experience in connecting with partners and building relationships
Preferred Qualifications
  1. People Management: Relevant experience in managing people
  2. Process Improvement: Relevant experience in identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them.
