We are a leading provider of innovative logistics and automation solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Global Key Accounts team.

Job Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction for our key accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the customers' organizational structure and key buying influences, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for key account field of play to drive revenue growth and account profitability.
  • Drive revenue retention and growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
  • Pursue long-term account strategy that maximizes profits.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the customers' organizational structure and key buying influences of key account field of play.
  • Perform customer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.
  • Provide management with suggestions for improving volume, market share, and price levels.
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for key account field of play.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
  • Typically, 5+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales or in a related field, with 5+ years of logistics and automation experience.
  • Successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment successfully.
  • Willingness for business travel (15-20%).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
  • Training in strategic selling methodology (Miller Heiman) preferred.
