About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and autonomous Account Manager for our Hub Delivery program, responsible for recruiting and managing a pool of local stores, as well as relationships with various stakeholders. This is an opportunity to be part of a new and growing environment focused on improving delivery experiences for our customers, primarily in rural areas of Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and community leaders.
- Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.
- Support the team in daily operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, assigning tasks, and addressing ambiguity.
- Focus on metrics and root cause analysis to drive improvements.
- Develop practical solutions to complex problems without compromising quality or functionality.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
- Provide day-to-day support during system and process rollouts, gathering feedback.
- Ensure supervisors have necessary tools and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
- Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and CO teams for regular communications.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level). (Frequency will vary)
- Ability to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree
- Relevant experience in logistics
- Experience analyzing data to measure/optimize performance, with a high bar for accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English
- Experience communicating with various stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership
- Experience meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Experience connecting with partners and building relationships

- Experience managing people
- Experience identifying problems and building scalable processes to address them.
