About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Project Manager to join our team at Kion Group. As a key member of our logistics solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering successful bids for a range of logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams to reach targets in terms of new orders
- Analyze and consolidate data received from customers
- Develop a conceptual solution based on data analysis
- Translate the conceptual solution into a layout
- Deliver the budgetary offer based on the layout
- Deliver a detailed costing based on offers collected from internal and external suppliers
- Delivery of execution planning - agreed with Project Management
- Ensure the acceptance procedure will be part of the commercial proposal agreed with the System Integration Manager
- Work with the Simulation team to deliver a proper simulation
- Delivery of the technical part of the commercial proposal based on customer requirements
- Attend technical meetings with customers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly motivated and able to motivate a team
- Use of AutoCAD / SketchUp / Maestro / Rendering package
- Capacity to analyze customer data and operations requirements
- Experience developing suitable material handling solutions (desired)
- Experience in doing presentations
