About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Lenovo as an Ecommerce Inside Sales Account Representative, where you will play a key role in selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring both short-term and long-term goals are met.
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with new and existing customers, driving revenue and profit objectives.
  • Build a complex sales strategy to achieve sales targets, configure, price, and negotiate sales solutions, and provide proactive follow-up and product information via the telephone.
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Participate in regular business reviews to identify opportunities and risks, and develop an action plan to drive business growth.
  • Work within corporate initiatives to reach high-performance goals, utilizing Lenovo's sales methodology and processes to drive success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience.
  • Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and sound phone skills.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment.
  • Native/Fluent German and business English, with any additional European language a plus.
