Position Overview:
We are seeking a German-Speaking Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of independent retailers, ensuring they receive regular, high-quality interactions that promote stock optimization, drive sales growth, and strengthen business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a designated portfolio of independent retailers.
- Conduct regular quality phone consultations with store owners, focusing on enhancing their stock levels, promoting relevant new releases, providing insights on boosting product sales, and cultivating positive business relationships.
- Leverage your fluency in German to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries and needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new product launches, sales initiatives, and market developments, ensuring timely communication of pertinent information to retailers.
- Evaluate sales performance metrics for assigned retailers, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on elevating customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
